Designs for the 2018 SUGAR BOWL

What an honor to create artwork for the 2018 SUGAR BOWL. Last year I was approached about creating a football figure to represent the Sugar Bowl and still not represent any particular college football program. After it was approved I was thrilled to see all the different ways they used the design. From bill boards all the way down to game tickets.

The Sugar Bowl hadn't used an artist for quite a few years so it was an honor for them to turn to me. It's also an honor to get back to artists creating designs without going digital. So many companies are using digital designs these days so it's nice that they wanted a traditional art style to be used. We will chalk this up as a win for the fine artists out there that are still using their hands and not turning to a mouse or keyboard.
